Nano-zinc oxide was divided into two kinds of application in plastic field: One was processed into high zinc oxide content of the resin antimicrobial masterbatch(Most of the zinc oxide content of 20%), which was white granulated. Another was directly blending the corresponding resin molding. Different plastic resin such as PP﹑PET etc were different masterbatch products corresponding. zinc oxide had excellent properties of antibacterial, had blocked the shielding effect of the high efficiency of UVA..Applications found that the addition of only 1% of zinc oxide so that antibacterial rate of plastic products reached more than ***. Value of ultraviolet shield rate reached UPF 50+. Also increased the service life role and anti-aging for outdoor plastic products. The plastic products added were determined by zinc oxide catalyst with excellent performance,with properties of antibacterial of no recession and blocking UV aging and improving material strength.
Mainly Applications
